RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
• Each Piece is made especially for you as soon as your order comes through!! Due to our products unique nature any approved return will only be issued in store credit..
•At this time we are unable to process exchanges, your request will be processed as a return for store credit to complete your desired exchange. Please note amount issued will be minus shipping fee's.
- Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be free of odor (smoke or perfumes) and in sellable condition.
- Please reach out to customer service within 14 days of receiving your piece to arrange exchange if eligible.
- Title your email RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST (TH-0000)
- Once your request is received you will be given detailed instructions on how to ship your items back
- All exchanges/returns will be issued in the form of store credit once it is received at our warehouse (please allow up to 1 week processing time)
- All shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
- Please only use a tracked shipping method as oltrenisantasi is not liable for packages lost in shipment.
• Should an item sell out and we are unable to fulfill this item you will be offered store credit or refund for original purchase amount.
• All Masks are FINAL SALE as we can not return these to stock.
• At this time we are unable to offer return or exchanges for any international orders outside of the United States.
• All accessories are Final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Gift Card purchases can not be refunded.
